On Monday the 15th of June 2015 Kauri hub was doing Matariki and I was doing traditional kite making. At kite making I was building my kite with Jack and Daniel. What we had to do to make the kite was weave, cut and concentrate. The kite kind of looks like a triangle with a stick through the middle and a stick down the middle. The hardest thing we had to do was weave because we had to cross down under cross and pull up, it was hard. I felt a bit nervous because I thought Jack and Daniel and I wouldn't finish in time but we did. We finished 2nd and I think we did a good job.
